Dr. Hicken has been the leading designer on award-winning projects, such as Web Courseworks’ CourseStage QIE platform for quality improvement and performance improvement. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2009 and has conducted two Fulbright-funded research projects on popular culture in Indonesia.
