Amber Winter, Executive VP of Web Courseworks manages a team of ten customer experience personnel who have managed and produce multiple virtual events for associations in 2020. Her team has created several tools to help make plan a virtual event which she will share. Amber has experienced firsthand the successes and failures of implementing the four key steps of designing a virtual conference.
