Our Services
What we Do Best
We’ve been in the learning technology business for nearly 40 years. Over that time, we’ve learned a thing (or two!) about the development and administration of learning programs for associations, medical societies, and other member-based professional groups.
Specialties
We Can Do it All
Whether managing SMEs, assisting with instrucitonal design, pricing your learning products, or something else – Managing eLearning Consulting will maximize your eLearing processes for efficiency and quality.
Digital Transformation
We start with internal and external environmental scan to understand your education challenges and goals, the metrics in place and the attitudes of members regarding your offerings.
SME Management
We can conduct research into your educational topics, interview SMEs, and create a process for engaging SMEs and project managing their contributions to your products to ensure you have a smoothly functioning content-generation business.
Pricing Educational Products
The value you deliver should match the price you charge. We partner with Pricing for Associations to bring the pricing and value strategy your education products need before you launch (or re-launch) to your audience.

We can provide an analysis of industry trends, develop a strategic framework, include an assessment of potential revenue opportunity, and so much more.
Next Generation Online Learning
We assist with construction of curricula that contain formats like podcasts, microlearning, video libraries, scenario-based learning activities and short sims, spaced assessment, interactive video and feedback mechanisms, self-assessments and so much more.
Instructional Design
We specialize in the development of effective eLearning programs, including the courses contained within them. Most importantly, we understand the relationship between your learning platform and the various education products offered.
Jump-start plans
Unsure where to take your learning business? We will help you build an online learning catalog and plan a successful learning practice in three to six months.

Managing eLearning Blog
What Does an elearning consultant do?
So, you’ve decided to invest in growing your association’s learning business to provide more value to members and bring in non-dues revenue. That’s great! But, where do you begin?
e-Learning pricing models
Are you creating new eLearning courses to provide value to members and bring in revenue for your association’s learning business? If so, you’ve probably encountered the challenge of how to price those courses.
Pricing them too high may deter members from investing. But, pricing them too low will prevent your team from making any meaningful revenue. Where is the middle ground?
The Quick Way to Price Your Hybrid events
After running virtual events for free or very low cost, the first thing that you want to focus on is raising the price of any virtual components that you’re going to offer, whether hybrid components or purely virtual events.
As a general rule of thumb, I like to anchor the price of a virtual event at 50%-80% of an in-person event.
